Projeto Infância – 30/52 – Ao redor da mesa | Around the table

Não sei se acontece na sua família, mas muito do nosso tempo passado juntos aqui em casa acontece em volta da mesa.

É no fim do almoço, enquanto tomamos o cafezinho (no caso dos meus pais, irmãs e sobrinhos)  ou chá (no meu caso) de costume que as melhores interações e conversas acontecem. Ainda mais quando, no meio de uma conversa, aparece um dos meus três sobrinhos perguntando ‘Tem um cafezinho?‘ 😀

Aqui, família e comida são coisas que andam juntas. E não tem nada melhor do que ‘jogar conversa fora’ depois do almoço e se divertir com as piadas dos meus sobrinhos. E este é meu desejo para você: que sua mesa seja farta e seus relacionamentos tão deliciosos quanto a comida que compartilham!

I don’t know if it happens to your family but, most the time we spend together as a family, happen around the table.

It’s that time after lunch/dinner while we have our customary coffee (in my parent’s case) or tea (in my case)  when you have the best talks and interaction. Especially when one of my nieces or nephew interrups the conversation to ask ‘Can I have some coffee?‘ 😀

Here, family and food always go together. And there’s nothing better than talking out our afternoon/evening and laughing aloud at something my nephew or niece’s said. And that’s my wish for you: that your table is full and your relationships as filling as the food you share!
