Projeto Infância – 49/52 – Pintando Sete | Finger Painting

Esta semana meus sobrinhos de Santa Catarina subiram para passar a semana aqui. E como os primos da família só conseguem se ver nas férias e minha irmã de fora ainda está por aqui unimos o útil ao agradável e a maior parte da semana tínhamos pelo menos 6 crianças de 6 anos para baixo correndo e brincando pela casa. Para você ter uma idéia, de tanto correrem a grama do quintal ficou como se tivesse sido cortada com um cortador! 😀

Mas tem certas coisas que fazem muita bagunça quando se tem muita gente, e só podem ser feitas quando tem menos crianças. Como pintar por exemplo. Meu sobrinho viu minhas latas de tinta e logo pediu se podia. Sem pensar muito eu falei que sim. Só que pintar, como sabemos, não é tão simples. Se você não tem roupas que podem sujar tem que colocar um avental, achar um lugar que não tenha problema em ser sujado, ter potinhos com um pouco de cada tinta, papel, água, etc. So minha irmã quem não ficou lá muito contente com a minha idéia. 😉

Minha sobrinha mais nova, que odeia sujar as mãos desde que é bebê, preferiu colorir com canetinhas mesmo. Mas os outros dois se esbaldaram! Pintaram pedras, pintaram as mãos, se sujaram, sujaram o chão e pintaram também o papel, claro. Acho que meu sobrinho mais velho ficou muito contente de poder pintar, você também não acha?

This past week, my nephew and niece from Santa Catarina state came over to spend the week with us. Since the cousins and only meet during school holidays and my sister from the northern hemisphere is still visiting with her daughter it was a rare opportunity to have the cousins together. That meant that most of the week we had at least 6 children under 6 years-old running around and playing in the house. They ran so much the grass in our backyard looks like it was mowed by a lawn mower! 😀

Still, there are certain things that are simply impossible to do when you have too many people, and can only be done when in lesser numbers. Like painting for example. My nephew saw my paints and asked me if he could do it. Without giving it much thought I said yes. However, painting without the proper clothes on is not so simple. You have to find some kind of apron, and a place to do it, have the right containers, water, paper, etc. I don’t know why my sister – their mom – was not so thrilled with my idea. 😉

My youngest niece, who hates to get her hands dirty since she was a baby decided to color with her markers instead. But the other two had the time of their lives! They painted rocks, their hands, got dirty, got the ground dirty and of course, painted on paper too. I think my oldest nephew was really happy to be able to paint, don’t you agree?
